this example was a complete strip out of an en-suite, taking out an old shower unit, taking down a small partition wall, and installing a steam cabin, taking out the old Wc and basin, taking back the boxed section of the wall under the window to sit the Wc and sink further back to maximise floor space, removing radiator and installing a heated (water) towel rail
